Delivery and Returns

Orders via our online shop are processed within 3 working days.

We send using the Royal Mail service.

We hope that you love your new items but if you are not completely happy then please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us to arrange a return.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged.

Return shipping charges are non refundable and are your responsibility.

Returns must be received in the same condition as it was received by you. 

Your refund will be credited to the same account as used to make the purchase.

We do not store card details or share any information with third parties.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail.

Please note that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes and customs duties for which we are not responsible for. 

Deliveries may experience delays due to COVID-19 or the UK leaving the European Union.
